Todd and Shane are unlike anyone we ever worked with -- their vision is genius, and their kindness and honesty is so rare. Todd Parker and S&P Construction are simply one of the best home renovators in Athens. S&P did a remodel of a +90 year old house along with adding a covered deck during the difficult time of Covid which impacted labor and materials. They adapted to the surprises found in an old house. They were easy to work with throughout the entire process.
